I'm thinking the dagger is just part of Saori's nightmare related to Pallas - the scenes in the preview featuring Pallas are full of film grain specking in every frame.

I'd very much like to be surprised, whichever rate.

Seiya meets a little girl with an immense cosmo and a mysterious man, Titan.

Claimed to be from "TVStation", would still classify it more as rumor (though Subaru's VA mentioned he was already voicing him a second time in episode 53?). Thought it could be worthy posting since Fudou was revealed without a scan as well back then.
